Guarantee Guildlines 

GUARANTEE

Generally products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship  for a period of 2 years in the country of purchase , starting from the initial date of purchase or delivery date.  Extended  Guarantee service is only available for VIP members with an active VIP card obtained only through MS Standard.

Conditions & Exclusions:

The MS Standard guarantee is valid only on the presentation of proof of purchase. The product can be taken directly in person to an authorized service center or must be adequately packaged and returned, by recorded delivery (or an equivalent method of postage), to an MS Standard authorized service center. Full address details of the repair centers can be checked by contacting MS Standard. This guarantee will not cover any damage which occurs as a result of misuse, negligence, failure to follow MS Standard instructions, use on current or voltage other than as stamped on the product, or a modification or unauthorized repair of the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, free maintenance or replacement of consumable parts, or the following:

  • using the wrong type of water or consumable
  • ingress of water, dust, or insects into the product 
  • damage as a result of lightning or power surges
  • mechanical damages, overloading
  • scaling (any de-scaling must be carried out according to the instructions for use)
  • accidents including fire, flood, thunderbolt, etc.
  • damages or poor results due to wrong voltage or frequency
  • damage to any glass or porcelain ware in the product -professional or commercial use
  • Misuse or placing product other than specified use or designated function
  • Scratches or surface defects caused by transportation, cleaning, and/or misuse of the product
  • Failing to follow instructions listed on the packaging or the website for the product


For all VIP members maintenance of sold products is available for a small service fee that is estimated upon request and fully quoted at the retrieval of the product. Non VIP members must sign up before requesting maintenance. 

Please note that the coverage is only applied for products purchased after the announcement of the guarantee service  dated 4th July 2021.
